Seeking New Committee Members

UBCFA Member Services & Grievances Committee

The MSGC is responsible for overseeing the processing and resolution of complaints and grievances and recommending for or against arbitration proceedings. The Committee meets monthly (except during the summer) with the FA’s professional labour relations staff to review cases and discuss strategy. The Chair reports to and sits on the Executive.

We seek participation from across UBC departments and campuses and from a diverse cross section of the membership.
