The Contract Faculty Committee facilitates, advocates, and assists with policy development on behalf of contract faculty; formulating contract faculty priorities for collective bargaining; and, ensuring that the rights of contract faculty under the Collective Agreement are respected. We seek participation from across UBC departments and campuses and from a diverse cross section of the membership. Only Lecturers and Sessional Lecturers are eligible to volunteer for this committee.
