Join us online for a special presentation on the gendered impacts of COVID 19 by Dr. Elisa Baniassad, Chair of the FA Status of Women Committee
The UBCFA Constitution requires that a General Meeting be held every year. The first order of business will be to present the Annual Report, review this year’s budget, and appoint Hedden Chong LLP as auditors for the 2021 fiscal year. As part of the business portion of the meeting, there will be a special presentation on the results of the Status Of Women Committee’s survey on the gendered impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. At the close of the business portion there will be a brief open discussion on issues arising from the plans to return to campus this fall.
As with most events at the University for the past many months, our meeting will be held via Zoom. Members wishing to attend the meeting can RSVP to the Faculty Association for the meeting link. We expect to conclude at 3:00 p.m.
