As reported in our earlier message to you, the tentative Collective Agreement for July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2022 has been finalized. The Information Package is available on our website.
Member Information Sessions:
The FA will be holding information sessions on both campuses to explain the proposed changes and take questions from the membership prior to the opening of the ratification vote on Feb. 7.

The Ratification vote will take place online beginning Friday, February 7th and ending at 4:30 p.m. Friday, February 21, 2020. Members will be receiving an email invitation with instructions on how to vote. You will be directed to the voting website and required to enter the password contained in your email invitation as well as your 7-digit UBC Employee ID number. Our electronic voting is conducted through third party voting software to ensure that your vote is anonymous.
