Possible Transit Strike

Dear Members,

We understand that there may be a transit strike affecting our members on the Okanagan Campus. We wish, at this time, to remind members of their rights to respect legally constituted picket lines under the Collective Agreement (Part 1, Article 12), which is as follows:

12.04 There will be no disciplinary action against any member who, as a matter of conscience, chooses not to cross a picket line at the workplace when that picket line has been established pursuant to a labour dispute.
