The Faculty Association and the University recognize the significant contributions Librarians and Archivists have made during the COVID-19 pandemic. The past 2 years have been challenging on many fronts and we wish to acknowledge your hard work, and thank you for your very significant contributions in support of the academic mission and the UBC Community.
We are pleased to report that UBC and the UBC Faculty Association have agreed upon a Memorandum of Agreement regarding a shared distribution of July 1, 2022 PSA monies to all eligible Librarians and Archivists on both the Vancouver and Okanagan Campuses. While this distribution of PSA will use all available funds in that pool, it will have no impact on the usual merit award pool or process that is available to recognize all eligible, meritorious Librarians and Archivists.
Librarians and Archivists who have questions regarding the process should contact their Head and/or the Faculty Association.
