Dear Colleagues,
Although the last round of collective bargaining has just ended, the Faculty Association is already preparing for contract negotiations on the next Collective Agreement and expects to begin bargaining early in 2017. As part of the preparations, we’d like to invite you to join us in a discussion of issues that are important to you. This will help us identify key areas to pursue when we meet with the university at the bargaining table. We also hope to consult with your colleagues at the Okanagan campus in the near future.
