A Special Event for UBC Librarians & Archivists
Looking to better understand academic freedom and how it applies to librarians and archivists? Join librarians and archivists from UBC and SFU for a virtual event that explores academic freedom provisions in our respective collective agreements.
Our speakers, Deena Rubuliak and Kumari Beck are familiar with each institution’s respective collective agreement, and will share an overview of academic freedom provisions, with particular attention to applications and implications for librarians and archivists.
Event details:
Thursday, February 26, 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
