Faculty who are thinking about retirement are invited to attend a workshop, “Life Beyond the University”. This workshop focuses on determining when and how you prefer to transition out of your current position, assessing how your career has emerged and has shaped not only what you do but who you are, and figuring out how to effectively “disconnect” from what you have done in your career before you begin to think of what comes next.
