Results of the UBCFA Survey on the Presidential Search Committee

Recently, the Faculty Association surveyed the membership on their opinions about the Presidential Search Committee. We asked two questions and requested a yes or no answer. We received 885 responses from faculty members at both the Vancouver and Okanagan campuses. The results are listed here:

  1. Do you have confidence in the Presidential Search Committee as it is currently constituted?

    • Yes: 243 (27.5%)
    • No: 642 (72.5%)

  2. Should Mr. Lindsay Gordon and Mr. Greg Peet resign from the Presidential Search Committee?

    • Yes: 632 (71.4%)
    • No: 253 (28.6%)
