Dear Colleagues,

We hope you'll attend our consultation for women faculty on UBC's Draft Sexual Assault Policy this Wednesday. The Faculty Association will be responding to the Board of Governors on this Policy in September and we would like our response to closely reflect and be shaped by the views of our membership.

The Faculty Association Status of Women Committee will be holding the consultation for women faculty this week on:

Date: Wednesday, July 20
Time: 12:00 noon - 1:30 pm
Location: Room 123, Allard Building (Law Faculty), 1822 East Mall

All women faculty are welcome to attend. A light lunch will be provided.

As a reminder, there are other alternative/additional ways to have input into this consultation process.

  3. The Status of Women Committee will also be holding a second consultation meeting for all faculty later the same week on Friday, July 22 in Allard, 10:00 am – 11:30 am, Room 123.
